Terms & Conditions

  • 50% advance payment is required to confirm a booking.
  • The remaining 50% will be paid on the event day.
  • A booking will not be reserved without advance payment.
  • Booking money is non-refundable. An event may be rescheduled subject to availability, or the booked service may be used later by mutual discussion.
  • ChitroRong retains the right to use selected photos and videos in its portfolio. Please let us know before the event if you do not want your footage used.
  • Every creative team has its own visual style. Please review our portfolio before booking and do not request an output identical to another artist's work.
  • Parlour, bashor and outdoor shoots may involve additional charges.
  • Final output quality can vary with venue décor, lighting, makeup, available space and on-site cooperation.
  • Packages do not include printed copies, DVDs or physical storage. Files are delivered via Google Drive. Pendrive delivery is available only if the client provides a pendrive.
  • All edited pictures and videos include the ChitroRong logo.
  • Please discuss any special requirement before placing a booking.
  • Transportation and accommodation charges apply according to the location for events outside the Dhaka metropolitan area.
  • In an unsafe, abusive or seriously uncomfortable situation, our team may stop shooting and leave immediately; payments will not be refunded.
  • Clients are requested to read and discuss all terms and conditions before hiring.
